  • holidays
  • high-volume sales periods

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or demand.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

GUD PPL CO is not responsible for:

  • lost packages due to incorrect addresses
  • delivery delays caused by carriers
  • stolen packages marked as delivered

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier claim process.
