Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- items must be unworn and unused
- items must be in original condition
- all tags and original packaging must be included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- sale or discounted items
- limited releases
- worn or washed items
- gift cards
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or need a size exchange, contact us at:

We’ll do our best to accommodate exchanges based on inventory availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the wrong item was sent
- the item arrived damaged
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the issue

Lost or Stolen Packages
GUD PPL CO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
